今回ご紹介する出張のグルメは、福井県若狭町にある
『ドライブインよしだ』です。
こちらは、福井県の三方五湖レインボーラインの西入口辺りにあり
以前からツーリングの方々には有名なドライブインで
再び「ケンミンショー」(秘密のケンミンSHOW）のドライブイン特集で
絶品「イカ丼」が取り上げられました。
ご飯の上に山芋。大葉と小さく切った山盛りのイカがその上に盛られて
うずらの卵と海苔がトッピングされてお味噌汁と梅干付きです。
是非、若狭に行かれた際にぜひ行ってみて下さい！

The exquisite "Squid bowl" was featured.
Yam on top of rice. Perilla and a heap of small cut squid are placed on top, topped with quail eggs and seaweed, served with miso soup and umeboshi.
